Hinton Machine provides a quick-turnaround prototyping job shop service to a local company, whom has a prototype department in house but has no capacity to finish the job in a timely manner. Parts are quoted and machined by Hinton Machine in just a few business days so that schedule demands from the customer can be met.

Most of our jobs are typically scheduled 2-weeks out, but we offer quick-turnaround services as soon as the SAME BUSINESS DAY for customers with urgent repairs.

Hinton Machine assists in the reverse engineering, re-design, and manufacturing of heavily worn and damaged front spindle components on a large ag farm sprayer. Parts are machined and installed for ~$1,000 in total cost, which results in massive savings for customer in being able to continue to use dated equipment with obsolete parts instead of purchasing new equipment at a cost of 30-50X the repair cost.
